Hellevad Watermill is a working farm with many options. During weekends and holidays it buzzes with families and children and we have room for up to 10 families at any given time. During working weeks local kindergartens and schools visit us. We host seminars and workshops for businesses and organisations. While guests of all ages are visiting us we are busy running the mixed family farm that provides the majority of the ingredients for our outstanding organic cuisine. We produce vegetables, grain, meat, eggs and most other things used in a traditional Danish farming household. Our visitors can thereby get a good sense of how a farm life in Denmark feels. There is never a dull moment in a farming life.
