This is the heart and the soul of the farm. It is here Elsebeth performs her magic and transforms our raw material into art for our guests. We know that people are hungry and need solid healthy and nutritious food after a day’s holiday activity on the farm or exploring the region. We grow vegetables, herbs, berries, and crops in the kitchen garden and in the field and we collect from nature’s bounty. All meat served from our kitchen is homegrown and additional ingredients that are needed we buy almost 100 % organic. Come and rediscover what homegrown and homemade food taste like without additives and microwaves.
All meals are served in our dining area. We offer breakfast and dinner during high season. Our half board is optional and you can combine it with own cooking. But please be aware that if you want to enjoy our meals appointments must be made, at least, the day before. For special events and business meetings additional meals can be pre-ordered; such as sandwiches, brunch, lunch or coffee breaks.
