We have 80 ha of which 65 is under cultivation. We grow a variety of crops through crop rotation: spelled, wheat, Öland wheat and rye, bread grain and barley, oats as well as peas and beans for animal feed. We grow all the feed for our animals and most of the vegetables we use in the kitchen throughout the year. We strive to be as self-sufficient as possible.
Part of our planet’s annual grass classified to our animals so as to beef cattle, pigs and horses are able to feed a large part of the year. We devote a lot of grain to the bakery Aurion in North Jutland, we sell food crops to other local farmers and we sell meat from pigs and cattle on our farm shop and private customers, as well as via the kitchen. A part of the farm is used for grazing and free range pig rearing.
You will experience and explore a traditional and fully operational mixed family farm. Guests are more than welcome to take part in running the farm and we enjoy sharing our knowledge, love and care for organic farming.
